Cornmeal Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    water
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal and flour well and mix with enough water to make it stick together.
    It should be very stiff.
    Roll into balls about the size of an egg and cook on top of greens, collards, turnips or cabbage.
    Cook about 15 to 20 minutes on boiling greens.
