Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 small can peeled chili peppers
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. (12) tortillas
1 can pitted black olives, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet.
Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and cheese.
Alternate mixture with tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
Serves 6.
