Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 well beaten eggs
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    2 large finely chopped apples or 1 can applesauce
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt.
    Beat well.
    Mix flour and soda; add to first mixture and beat well. Add chopped apples and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan or Bundt pan that has been greased and dusted with flour.
