Grilled Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Idaho potatoes, sliced
    4 small onions, sliced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    paprika
    seasoned salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes and onions on squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Sprinkle with butter, paprika, seasoned salt and pepper. Fold foil into packets and seal.
    Place packets on medium-hot coals.
    Cook, turning packets frequently until potatoes are tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
