Carol'S Coated Peanut Butter Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. chopped walnuts or nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. wheat germ, toasted
    1/2 c. date sugar (optional), may increase to 1 1/2 c.
    1/2 c. nonfat milk powder
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fruit juice
    1 1/2 lb. pkg. coral chips
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together with hands.
    Roll into balls or small rectangles.
    Melt chips in top of double boiler.
    Using 2 forks or tongs dip candy pieces into melted corals to coat.
    Store in refrigerator.
