Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped (pecans)
2 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Preheat oven at 350\u00b0 and pour mixture into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
