Blueberry Belle Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch pie pan.
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Spread in pie pan.
Combine next five ingredients. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle over blueberry mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
