Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless pork chops
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can beef consomme
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet.
    Slice margarine into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Add 1 can beef consomme. Sprinkle with rice.
    Arrange pork chops over top.
    Add remaining 1 can consomme.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes longer.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
