Chocolate Tortoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten with 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. whipped cream, beaten with 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
    Fold egg white mixture into whipped cream mixture.
    Add vanilla and mix well.
    Put in Pyrex dish and freeze for 45 minutes.
    Add chocolate chips; mix well and then add nuts.
    Place mixture into paper muffin tins and freeze.
    Makes approximately 7.
