Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 bunch watercress
    1 head Boston lettuce
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 c. bread cubes
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 heads romaine lettuce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Pour peanut oil into jar.
    Add crushed garlic and let stand at least 1 hour.
    Using 1/4 cup oil, saute bread cubes until golden brown.
    Tear romaine, Boston and watercress into large salad bowl. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
    Mix 3/4 cup oil, lemon juice, eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over lettuce and croutons.
    Toss lightly until well coated.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
