Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large or 8 medium bell (green) peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 soup can water
Preparation

Cut tops off peppers and set aside.
Remove seed and membranes inside; rinse and drain.
Brown ground beef, drain and discard grease.
Combine onions, celery, rice, egg, salt, pepper and chili powder with ground beef.
Stuff peppers with mixture.
Replace tops on peppers and place in slow cooker.
Combine soup and water and pour over peppers.
Simmer for 2 1/2 hours on high setting.
