Scalloped Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 medium potatoes, sliced (about 3 1/2 c., thin sliced)
Preparation
    Cook onion until wilted in butter.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 or more minutes, or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    Garnish with chopped parsley, or a few dashes of thyme or other dried herbs.
    Excellent for \"potluck\" meals.
