Cinnamon Apples - cooking recipe

1/2 c. red hots
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
6 apples
Preparation

Bring to boil red hots, sugar and water.
Cook slowly until candies are dissolved.
Core, pare and slice apples.
Put apples in hot syrup.
Cook slowly until apples are tender.
Serve warm.
