Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chives, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
sliced Mozzarella
Preparation
-
Cook shells according to package directions; drain in cold water and hold.
Combine all other ingredients and spoon into shells.
Spoon spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan.
Place in shells, open edge down, and cover with spaghetti sauce.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
