Baked Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. rice
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oleo. Boil 4 cups of water and dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Mix vegetables, rice and hot water with bouillon cubes. Put in covered dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
