Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar or a little more
    1/4 stick butter
    2 eggs, separated
    pinch of salt
    raisins
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks lightly.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Mix in the butter.
    Stir in the milk.
    Add cooked rice and raisins.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites, stiffly beaten.
    Pour into greased pan; bake in a 450\u00b0 oven until light brown.
