Green Beans In Herb Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 large stalk green celery, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes or fresh
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
    3 Tbsp. butter, bacon fat or oil
    1 Tbsp. boiling water, lemon juice or vinegar
Preparation
    Cover.
    Cook over moderate-low heat until tender (5 to 10 minutes).
    Season.
