Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    2 c. chopped potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large bag Italian frozen vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in water; add potatoes, onion and celery. Cook until tender.
    Add frozen vegetables.
    When tender, add soup. When warm, add cheese.
    (Can use any vegetables you wish.)
    Can do ahead and can freeze.
