Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini
    2 small onions
    1 lb. sausage
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. anise
    garlic and oregano to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Steam the zucchini and onions for 10 minutes. Fry sausage and drain.
    Mix all of this with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, just until hot.
