Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 (2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 small green pepper, finely chopped
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes or longer.
    Drain and mash.
    Add butter and cream cheese.
    Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and next 6 ingredients.
