Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 to 5 apples, peeled and sliced or diced
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In large bowl, mix together first 7 ingredients.
In small bowl, mix together apples, cinnamon and sugar.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Alternate layers of batter and apple mixture in pan.
Begin and end with batter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
