Pumpkin Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. corn oil
    2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to first 4 ingredients.
    Mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
    Ladle into 3 greased and floured pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Turn out to completely cool before frosting.
