Green Beans With Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh green beans
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. minced onion
2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Preparation

Remove strings from beans; wash beans thoroughly. Cut beans into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Wash thoroughly. Cook beans in boiling salted water 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp tender. Melt butter in a large skillet; add onion and saute about 3 minutes. Add zucchini and cook over medium high heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in beans, bacon, salt and pepper; cook 1 minute.
