Shrimp Cantonese With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    12 oz. cooked, peeled shrimp
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    2 c. onion, sliced
    1 qt. fresh spinach leaves
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute shrimp in oleo for 1 minute in a large skillet.
    Add celery and onion, stirring for 2 minutes.
    Add spinach and drained vegetables; add blended soy sauce, broth and cornstarch.
    Cook 2 minutes until clear.
    Serve on rice.
