Sausage-Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. long grain wild rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    Combine rice, sausage and all other ingredients in large bowl.
