Cheese Puff Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese*
    garlic powder to taste (I use 3/4 tsp.)
    1 loaf very thin sliced Pepperidge Farm white bread
Preparation
    Roll out white bread.
    Spread with Cheez Whiz.
    Add asparagus spear.
    Roll up in bread.
    Brush with butter.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
    Bake in broiler until brown.
