Quick 'N Easy Cioppino(Fish Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. dry white wine
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can whole baby clams
1 can small shrimp
1/2 lb. seafood flakes
Preparation

Saute onion, garlic and pepper in olive oil until soft, about 10 minutes.
Add liquid from clams, tomatoes (chopped), tomato sauce, wine, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and water. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add seafood; return to boil.
Simmer an additional 20 minutes.
