Chili Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked Minute rice (1/2 c. uncooked equals 1 c. cooked)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped
20 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated and divided in half
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and 10 ounces of cheese.
Place in casserole and top with additional 10 ounces of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
