Hamburger Delmonico Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/3 tsp. black pepper (depending on your taste for pepper)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
    Form into large flat steaks about 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Broil on both sides 3 inches from heat source until desired rareness.
    Serve topped with fried onions if desired.
    Serves 2.
