Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
    2 ribs celery, diced
    1 to 2 onions, diced
    2 eggs
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Saute celery and onions in bacon grease or margarine until celery is transparent but not brown. Crush crackers.
    Add celery and onions.
    Add the eggs and mix together.
    Stuff fish.
    Pour tomato sauce over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Good with just about any fish.
