Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

2 lb. chicken
4 oz. apricot jam
4 oz. bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 c. water
Preparation

Place chicken in greased baking dish.
Mix jam, dressing, soup mix and water; pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown. Serve with rice.
