Gourmet Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 pt. sour cream
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain thoroughly.
Stir sour cream and onion soup into spinach.
Put in greased casserole and cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Can be made in advance.
