Seasoned Roast Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
    1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in roaster pan.
    Cover top of roast with onion and celery.
    Pour teriyaki sauce over top.
    Bake 6 hours in covered roaster at 250\u00b0.
    When done, shred meat with a fork and mix well. Serve on buns.
    (This tastes better the next day, so you can make it ahead of time and just reheat.)
