Three Week Homemade Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Welch's frozen grape juice, at room temperature
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1 cake Fleischmann's yeast
    water to make one gallon
Preparation
    Place in a gallon jug (such as apple cider jug, etc.); put a balloon on top and set in warm place for three weeks.
    Strain several times through layers of cheesecloth and then bottle.
