Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    water
    juice and rind of 2 lemons
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Chill can of evaporated milk overnight.
    Dissolve lemon juice in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add 3/4 cup cold water.
    Add juice and rind of lemons and sugar.
    Chill.
    Whip milk until thick; blend into jello mixture.
    Pour into glass baking dish (13 x 9-inch). Top with vanilla cookie crumbs; chill several hours.
