Mexicorn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning
    3/4 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden corn soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook ground beef with green pepper. Drain well.
    Add taco seasoning and water.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup and milk.
