Potato Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 - 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
