Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples, diced
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter (soft)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix apples with 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon.
Spoon into a deep dish pie shell.
Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
Add nuts and sprinkle over apple mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
