Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
    3 Tbsp butter
    1/4 cup minced onion
    3 Tbsp flour
    3 cups milk
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Drain and save liquid.
    Melt butter and add onion.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Add flour to mixture.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk and stir until mixture bubbles.
    Add broccoli and 1 cup saved liquid.
    Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Puree in blender.
