San Antonio Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano (optional)
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cayenne
    2 large cloves garlic
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1/4 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat.
    Add all ingredients except the cornmeal and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for one hour.
    Stir in cornmeal and uncover 3 minutes, stir occasionally.
