Cheese And Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch shell
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    5 c. diced apples
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    8 slices American cheese, diced
    1 c. half and half cream
Preparation
    Line pie pan with pastry and sprinkle bottom with flour and sugar.
    Mix together.
    Toss together apple slices, sugar, nutmeg and diced cheese.
    Place in pastry-lined pan.
    Pour cream over the filling.
    Cover with lattice pastry top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until well done and lightly brown.
