Meatball Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 chopped onion
large can tomatoes
seasoned bread crumbs
basil and pepper
4 oz. dark red wine
2 eggs
1 clove garlic
large can tomato paste
Romano cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix in bowl meat, eggs, 2 handfuls of bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons of Romano cheese; form meatballs.
