Lumberjack Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
    1/4 c. bourbon whiskey (not Scotch)
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices
    sprinkle of onion or garlic salt (ad lib)
Preparation
    Pour contents of bean can into small mixing bowl.
    Dissolve instant coffee into the whiskey.
    Stir well and let marinate for several hours.
    Just before oven time, line a high sided casserole dish with pineapple slices.
    Pour in the beans.
    Bite into a couple of beans to try the flavor.
    Bourbon flavor and alcohol contents will be reduced in the oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or more. Serves 2+.
