Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. strawberries
2 pie shells
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Preparation

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick.
Take off heat and pour Jell-O in; mix well.
Let cool.
Pour over strawberries in baked pie shells.
Makes 2 pies.
