Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 head or bunch broccoli
    1 box frozen peas, uncooked
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. cubed cheese
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower and broccoli.
    Cut in small pieces.
    Add peas.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix, sugar, salt and garlic powder. Add to vegetables and let stand a couple of hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Add cheese before serving.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
