Mom'S Best Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 qt. cold water
    2 medium onions, peeled and diced
    4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 celery tops or 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery, water and onions together until tender. Melt butter in a kettle.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Add milk gradually.
    Continue cooking until slightly thick.
    Add rest of ingredients and heat.
