Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (No. 2) cans apricots
1 box light brown sugar
2 sticks oleo
2 stacks Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain apricots and put in 2-quart casserole (long flat dish). Cover with sugar and then cut oleo into pieces and lay over sugar. Break crackers into small pieces (not fine crumbs) and put on top.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
