Lo-Cal Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. powdered skim milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
6 tsp. sugar or equivalent artificial sweetener
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. grated carrots
4 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation

Mix eggs and pumpkin thoroughly.
Add all other ingredients. Spray muffin cups with low calorie nonstick spray.
Divide among 12 muffin cups.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
