Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks without sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (25 to 30 crackers)
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
    Arrange pineapple on the bottom of a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Stir the flour and sugar together; sprinkle over the pineapple. Drizzle the reserved juice over this; top with the cheese.
    Mix the crushed crackers and oleo together; sprinkle over the cheese. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Uncover; bake for 10 more minutes.
