Waldorf Salad With Dried Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 c. dried cranberries
3 large apples (1 Granny Smith and 2 Fuji)
3/4 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
pinch of kosher salt
pinch of ground pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place nuts in pan and toast them about 10 minutes, stirring often; let cool.
Soak cranberries in 1 cup boiling water 10 minutes and drain.
Core and dice apples; do not peel them.
Place apples and cranberries in mixing bowl; add nuts and celery.
